Proper nutrition for an athlete – tennis player can be built as follows: 40% complex carbohydrates, 40% fat and 20% protein. However, during intense training and preparation, it is recommended to change the diet, building it into such a pyramid: 60-70% complex carbohydrates, 25% fat and 12-15% protein. 😄🎾
